Educon Management Consultancy was created to reflect Ali Gargash’s vision of transforming family businesses into professionally run corporations with values that align with the shareholders.

An LBS graduate in 2015, Ali has worked tirelessly to re-engineer the thought process in family governance, financial reporting, de-risking, and professionalizing the entities that are consulted by Educon.  

The Management team is focused on achieving results and taking forward the visions set forth.

METHOD TO THE MADNESS

Witnessing the markets collapse during the 2007-2008 crisis, Ali wanted to make sure companies in the region are prepared for the challenges that we face during financial and operational downturns.
